Pursuant to the relevant stipulations of the Interim Administrative Regulations of Money Brokering Companies, Tullett Prebon SITICO (China) Limited mainly engages in brokerage services for the following transactions:

• Domestic and overseas foreign exchange market transactions;
• Domestic and overseas money market transactions;
• Domestic and overseas bond market transactions;
• Domestic and overseas derivative product transactions;
• Other transactions as approved by China Banking Regulatory Commission;

Current business divisions of TPsitico and their respective products include:

• Money Market Division, whose main products include inter-bank borrowing & lending brokerage (RMB & foreign currencies)service, bond repurchasing brokerage service, etc;
• Foreign Exchange Division, whose main product is the foreign currency swap brokerage service, etc.;
• Fixed Income Division, whose main products is spot bond buying and selling brokerage service, including central bank bills, financial bonds, treasury bonds, short-term financing bonds, corporate bonds, secondary debts, etc;
• Interest Rate Derivatives Division, whose main product is RMB interest rate swap brokerage service.
