Brokers

  • Bachelor or higher degrees with good communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Knowledge of financial products, strong analysis capability, familiarity with financial markets and trading processes
  • Having experiences in the inter-bank transaction business, e.g. spot bond market trading, money market trading, foreign exchange market trading, etc, with market resources preferred

Assistant brokers and trainee brokers

  • Bachelor or higher degrees with good expression skills in both Chinese and English
  • Having experiences in marketing or in the related financial industry preferred

Integrity, energetic, extraversion, affinity and inter-personal skills are the required qualities for all of the above posts. In addition, you also shall be able to withstand high work pressures.
